Hi I have an XH Ute yesterday it wouldn't turn over chucked it into 1st gear gave it a rock then it started today went to start it turned over but wouldn't start could this problem be the starter or something else please help

if the motor is turning over it shouldn't be the starter. does the smartlock emblem light up?. have you tried 'thumping' it where the BEM is?.
