G'day folks,
I have been experiencing no reverse gear and other times I have reverse gear. It's been going on and off like that intermittently. Would this be a solenoid issue, inhibitor switch, servo band adjustment or all three? Driving me nuts. Bondy |

I done a service on it about 2 weeks ago, the colour was dark brown, not quite black, filter was blocked.
Plenty of metal dust from the clutch material, also bright metal shavings. I have good forward, drive gear and neutral but very little to no reverse gear. You have to rev the motor high for it to slowly go in reverse, only if your on a slightly downward slope. |

Not too sure about that other box, I have not been able to pull the pan off as yet. Need to make a cradle/stand for it to rest on. Once I get than pan off I can then see if there is any metal shavings, if none I'll be happy. |
