Have we any experts on EA Fairmont dash clusters?

Ive tried everything to understand a fault I'm experiencing on an EA Fairmont - dash cluster.

The issue is, I've got no tacho working and the low fuel, low coolant, low washer fluid and brake fail lights won't go out once vehicle is running. Everything else in the vehicle works!

I've pulled out the cluster checked plugs, checked fuses, reseated the ECU plug in the kick panel, checked for ground on all 3 plugs on the cluster, surely it's getting +12v .... Any suggestions please??
