Hi. I have EB5LT in my 1966 XR UTE and am looking at getting rid of the rusting custom steel tank and noisy external 044 series Bosch pump. I will get a custom aluminium tank with either the Holley retro fit12-130 fuel pump hanger which pumps255 LPG WITH max 60 psi, or the Fitech retro fit FH40019 340 LPH max preasure is 90 psi. The Fitech looks to be made better and is cheaper than the Holley but I am concerned that my standard ford fuel reg won't be able to handle the increased presure. I was wondering if anyone has experience in swapping out pumps to a unit with these sorts of preasure, also what is the standard pumps Max presure and flow.
Fitech $ 798.66 340 LPG 90 psi with some fittings and internal reg 3bar? Or about 43.5 psi
Holley $ 892.16 255 LPG 60 psi
Also also can anyone give me a lead to some store selling quality eb fuel rails. Just trying to get my head around all this injector electronic crap and not go back to the dark side...........carbs. thanks
