At the moment I'm getting my EA S pack back on the road, latter on I would like to re-power it with either an AU or Barra motor. I was told that an AU bell-housing is needed because the Barra bell-housing doesn't bolt up to the T5 gearbox which is in my EA.

So, just need know if a Barra bell-housing will bolt to a T5 gearbox from an EA falcon.

ok. so going in a EA. from memory the only difference between the two bellhousings is the section where the clutch cable mounts through the bellhousing - this is incorrect as the BA bellhousing suits the hydraulic clutch not the mechanical, so that is where they are different. so if using the EA box use the AU bellhousing. refer to link {DESCRIPTION} for more info. also using either bellhousings means the two lower bolt holes [on bellhousing] cannot be used. a few did this & mentioned no problems with any movement.

Cheers
