Hi all ,

I have a crow stage 3 cam (2222549) now the instructions state to remove the inner valve spring for run in process except for roller setups . I have crow 110lb springs do i need to do this with the 4.0 6cyl ?

As i have completely rebuilt the engine and just want to make sure before the first start up.

also i have adjustable cam gear what cam timing is people running on these cams ?

never mind i got a reply back from crow and they have said running in with double springs is fine and no need to run it like a tappet cam .
