OBD plug style upgrade “chip”?!

Does anyone know anything about these things?
What mods do I need to get done for it?
Will it help my 450,000km baby? Or f..ck it?

I’m wanting to semi retire her from family car duties,
to weekend performance/cruising in a club!!
