Hello everyone
Recently I obtained an AU1 6x2 It’s an awesome machine, I am trying to find out more information about them but it seems limited. I have read previous posts on the form, I am curious to know more about the ute. On the side it has a sticker 6x2 transit, it also has 6x2 transit on the mud flaps with Knox ford. I am assuming that maybe it was a dealer modification? Or an Australian modification? I have seen a few over the years that look very similar to each over in various states across Australia. Has some cool features compared to earlier model I have seen, like air bag suspension with traction control button that pumps up the airbags on the LSD diff nearly lifting the lazy axle of the ground. Can anyone shed so light on there creation and the rear lazy axle and suspension suppler ? Thank you |
