Hey guys,am hopefully going to take the ute for a drive soon,but I really want to get the diff done and am leaning towards welding the diff as a starting point as it is definitely the easiest choice atm,any advice on this? MIG or burn 10 sticks in there

Hey guys,I'm making this post more for myself as a quick reference guide to help me remember everything that is in the ute and for the ease of further modifications ahead.

The engine itself is a 04/Barra 182 (so AU rods )
Has Crow Cams performance springs and retainers.
Has some sort of head studs?-well Yes it does
Has a Spoolinboost Up/J pipe with a modified n/a exhaust manifold and a journal bearing 3582 turbo with custom dump pipe and side exit. Also using a Spoolinboost intake upper plenum and a custom adapter for a larger throttle body???????? Guess if you want this is more for flow as it makes the whole of the intake 3" with no choke point and uses the same TB motor and TPS so no changes needed in the ECU to run it
AN10 welded to the sump-so AN10 oil drain,oil feed comes from the oil filter sandwiche plate.
The IC kit I believe was around the $280 mark which included the IC + 3" pipe kit includes all the silicone bends and the clamps etc........$50 38mm external wastegate with a custom adapter (this is to get around the pitman arm)and screamer pipe.The blow off valve is a 50mm Ebay $50 item,the 650cc injectors and Drifter hi Output coils are good quality items with some standard XR6T spark plugs F6 fuel rail with 4 bar fuel regulator.The MAP sensor plug had to be changed to the turbo type plug in order to run the 2 bar MAP sensor.
Also using the 20% underdrive harmonic balancer from the previous 182 and new belt route with shorter belt.
Had to replace the 02 sensor as it was not working with a new Bosch 0258986603 with the new Bosch wideband sensor for the MTX-L AFR gauge.
2200 stall converter (Diamond) brand,will be strengthening the flex plate bolt center section with a Maxx performance piece.
The transmission is a BA BTR/ION box from a BA column shift ute without ABS which has the VSS in the extension housing with the correct speed sensor needed.
Engine mounts are from Castlemain rod shop (which I'll NEVER use/buy again because of the crap they put me through,infact I'll only buy their products if I have no other choice).The trans mount I made from different sizes of thick walled RHS and a Nissan race polymount.
Will add anything else in later or make another post linked to this one as things develop and change.
