it looks like it should just pull off after i undo one nut holding a pull handle but maby I'm not doing it right? because it still feels like there is a screw or a bolt i haven't undone and i strictly DO NOT want to force it because every time i force something it costs me a lot more money!

also i have to repair or replace the tailgate garnish trim since that made it fail a rego, how do i get to that??
