Hey guys
I’ve replaced the boot on my Fg falcon and since then not only can I not open the boot, the car can’t be locked or unlocked. The wiring seems fine on the new boot as the Parkers and spoiler brake light work fine. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

so you used the wiring from the 'new' boot lid, not your original boot loom?. sounds like the plug connections are possibly differant for the 'new' loom?.

Thanks for the reply. It could be the case as the replacement boot was from a 50th anniversary Fg and mine is a 2010 Fg. I’m thinking about swapping the wiring loom back over

The central locking system is often wired through the boot area, so disrupting that wiring during the boot replacement could cause the locking issues.
