It will be on here somewhere and already downloaded info from T.I Performance but is there a thread here walking you thru the E series ECU swap into a XF incl swapping from carb to EFI. 250 xflow rebuilt with a mild cam.

Thought it was easier to ask than spend the next week scrolling the forums.
