Good afternoon all I have an interesting issue
Temp gauge and oil gauge max out shortly after starting car . Never used to do this, sometimes the temp gauge will drop to nothing then come back up to max and beep away for a few moments, generally when coming to a stop, and occasionally will appear to read correctly. I’ve tried adding an earth motor to chassis, no change
For the life of me I can’t work it out

Hi Parts Gopher,
Have you checked the wiring harness for damage?
A short or broken wire between the sensors and the gauge cluster can cause these symptoms.
