Being as the dorr are more or less identical, I would think the window regs would also be.
Best to ring ford up and see if there is more than one part number.

ford has different part number for same parts but for different models of cars, newer the car the more $$$ hehehe

EA had a 2 piece reg & motor assy. but still interchange
