Howdy i was wondering if anyone could photoshop some small lights into the front spoiler of my car, just wanna see how it might look.

Look's very nice. Now you've just gotta find those lights which just "happen" to fit exactly into the existing brake vents... (sure you don't need the vents?)

Shouldn't as they are blocked up in the Fairlanewith the corner lights, and the EL's didn't get em!

Very true but you'll also notice that his front spoiler is "not quite" stock. It covers up a lot more of the lower levels of the car. In fact the only inlet for cool air to get in and around the radiator other than those faux ducts appears to be veeerry small...

Why not put them in the bumper like EL GT's have, that way you still get plenty of air in the front
