hi guys,

up graded my wheels yesterday and took my EA-spac down to Arthur Seat today for a quick run up and down the mountain (great corners btw). At about 3/4 lock during med-high cornering loads, my brand new 235/45/R17 tyres would rub into the front guards.

Now the sides of these new tyres have gruves on the sides, not very happy.

the car is lowered on Kings Super lows.

Who else on the forum also has problems with 235/45 tyres rubbing? Any suggestions on what is the max tyres width without rubbing

i am going to have to probably take of the rims for now and down grade.

get it done professionally, they heat the paint till its soft, then roll them uniformly. Stops the paint from cracking, and distorting the panel.
