give vic roads a yell

this has been discussed many times, so try and do a search, the arguement i dont think was resolved...

But their are some safety issues about it that some one said, with the reflectors in it, and how much light gets out.. .ect .ect

I honestly dont understand why you would want to do it, surely for safety reasons, you would want as much light to emit from your brake lights as possible, so every other f**k can see your stopping, ricer mod s**t, spend some money on something worth while.

It is completely illegal and you can get defected for it.
The stuff is called night shades. It comes in a spray can and you just spray it on like spray painting something. Do it in light coats and leave to dry so you can stop at your desired shade. From memory its around $10-15

I was defected for having it on my previous car.
Looked awesome ... but could hardly see the lights flash or come on during a bright sunny day.
