I was after more go off the line with my ED falcon auto and was wondering what ratio to go for 3:45:1 like stock ed xr, 3:73:1 or 3:9:1
any suggestions? |

if you have a ED, you prob got 3.08, 3.45's will get you of the mark quicker, 3.7's will do the job, just remember and highway speeds your RPM is going to be higher, meaning more juice on the long trips
And if you have a 3.08, you will need to find a 3.23 of above diff housing. |

G'day Guys couple of questions Just wondering if this mod would help my EB2 with 3.08 Auto, which i have swapped a stock ecu for a tickford 3.45 ECU, i was going to buy a complete xr LSD with 3.45gears and swap out the single spin. Where would i start looking for a 3.23 diff (Which ford models have these?? ef,el??) and what costs would i be up for in terms of Gears, Housing, etc. Any ppl know a good place in melbourne for diff re-builds?
