Are they the same shape as the GLI ones?I can get my hands on a pair of XR6/8 EL front indicators real cheap and was wondering if I can fit them on my EL GLI Falcon.

What's so different about them, apart from the fact that the parker is in with the blinker? I am looking at modifying the wiring to get the parkers in the XR blinkers to go onto my Futura. Are the shape and the mounting points the same?

I think they a total different shape cmpared to the GLi, Futura indicators.
I wish i could find these things chepa.
I need the right hand indicator bad, cause mine has a little piece of the cover missing, not un-RWC but it s**t me, cause it looks s**t.

If you can get them, let me know how you might want for the right hand indicator.

Cheers Dave

hmm it is missing a piece, and yeh there is a big difference in the indicators, they should still fit the same mounting holes from what iv heard, but they are a different shape, because the front of an XR is different to the front of a GLI obviously, but if u look closely, atm you have your indicator right next to the light itself, on an XR its totally different because theres the indicator, then like the metal part and then your head lights if you know what i mean. BTW Dave, what colour code is your XR? cause i like it :) And does anyone know if EFs came in black? i want a black EF bonnet for when i do my XR conversion

Look in my gallery there is a pic of the EF XR indicators. Then compare them to the GLi headlights and indicators setup and note hte differences. If you intend on getitng hte XR front bar get the indicaotrs now save some money later.

Thanks Mohekn,

The car is just the standard Heritage Green, that they came out with.
I'm not sure of the exact code for it though. But it's just the common Heritage Green.
