Hi I have put a dev3hl cam in my car and it has somehead work done to it aswell, its an el xr6, the mechanic says says that i need an after market computer for it cause it is running to rich, i was woundering what sort of computers are out there and how much they cost, im just looking for a basic one to get the air fuel ratios right.

is the xr ecu a tickford one? I would have thought that would have handled it ok...

yes it is - however the falcons run rich-as anyways, and a more aggressive cam only makes matters worse - so benefits are def there to be had from an aftermarket ECU! :P

Cheap way is to use an ajustable fuel pressure reg

Otherwise any of these will fix your probs. You dont needy anything too special as all you probably want done is a bit of fuel taken out and add a bit of timing.
Chiptorque $600
Unichip $1250
EMS Stinger $1600 fitted and tuned
EMS 8860 $2300 fitted and tuned
