g'day cobbers
just wondering if anyone has a recomendation for exhaust gasket for pacemaker's as I am about to start porting a set of e7's same deal for intake. I want to port match the inlet so smallest gasket for that and for the ehaust just the best match to the paceys. any help greatly appriciated.

Yep buy the gasgets first..NOT the old 302 carb sized...Up here Sydney I went to Rocket industries and bought the size gasget I wanted and went with that...Old style gasgets are only 1 1/8 or so....

Use the felpro 1250 intake gasket and I think its the 1215 for the exhaust. I have been told that you don't want to port match the exhaust, leave a bit of a lip as that helps with scavenging.

thanks guy's I wasn't gonna match port the exhaust I just wanted a close match to the headers to give me an easily transfersable boarder to work with.
have been reading some interisting articles on porting the e7's one of the more detailed articles had a slightly wedge shaped exhaust to keep port csa even over entire runner length without messing with the short turn. my rule of thumb is if the article starts with get the biggest gasket and match ports to that, (quite a few do) i'll usualy stop reading there.
