If all the screws, window-winder, and mirror trim have been taken off, you should be able to lift the bottom of the trim upwards, but it'll be stuck cause its sort-of wedged into the window channel. You need like a big-flathead screwdriver to pry them apart, just be careful you dont damage it.

Don't forget to remove the lock button as well.
It is easier to lift the trim from one end first then work your way along.

With Ea's (unless with tibbi lock) you dont need to remove the door lock before pulling the trim.
