hey i got a ea s-pac falcon and i was told that if i run a new pipe from the lid of the airbox (replacing the old one) and place it under the airbox (say in the front grille) it will create a ram flow effect, if doing nothing else at least making the car sound louder,

1. how do you do this
2. is it legal
3. is it practical

You wont get a much of a ram effect unless you are going to go over 200kph. You will suck in cooler air though which is worth it.
