Hi,

just wondering if anyone has had the same, rather odd problem my heater is giving me for a few months now.

In speeds 1,2, and 3 the heater fan turns on and off intermittantly, 4th speed works fine. I havnt really checked for any obvious signs yet, as i really cant be stuffed taking the dash out unless ive got a general idea of what im looking for.

Has anyone had this type of problem and managed to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated

sounds like a dodgy fan speed control resistor block

Thanks for that, ill have a look tomorrow, would i be correct in assuming that its located somewhere behind the glovebox?

Just to update this thread, It was the fan speed resistor block, changed it over in about 3 mins, and now my heater actually works
