Just want to know if I can change the door handles on my AUIII Xr8 ute to the chrome ones out of an EL Ghia or some other Chrome hanle. The ute has black leather all the way through and I would like to get rid of the stock black ones and get a bit of chrome happening on the door to break it up a bit. Can it be done straight swap or is there a bit of messing around to be done?

From AU3 to EL I think there is a fair bit of messing around to get the handles ti sit and function properly.

why don't you just buy AU ghia ones, they are chrome.

ERF22600B chrome handle LH x 2 $25.80 ea. ERF22601B chrome handle RH x 2 $25.80 ea. Yeh I know I just liked the look of the ghia EL ones. How it is a whole circle style handle. But if their is messing around I will just buy AU Ghia ones. Thanks heaps
