The ground clearance cannot be less than 100mm anywhere excluding wheel hubs, brake backing plates, tyres or wheels.
If you lower the front by 30mm you have to lower the back by the same. The clearance between a suspension component and its related bumpstop must be at minimum one third the distance it is as standard. I know this makes a lot of modified cars illegal, but that is from the Vicroads website. Here is the link, it covers all modifications. www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/vrpdf/rdsafe/VSI%208.pdf Hope it helps

Go the superlows, im running them with a gt kit, 15inch rims and 60 profile tyres. with one in the car is sits just legal at 10.5cm. And don't let people tell you its too low and youll never get over anything, because you can. The only problem i have is the HUGE turbo muffler thats sits roughly in the middle of the car sometime scrapes on pointed surfaces, ie sharp speed bumps etc. Other than that i havnt scraped the front or rear bar yet. Plus they look a million times better than lows.
