Hi Guys, This is my first post here. We have a EFII GLi Falcon Sedan which we have owned for 3 years. We service the car regularly (every 5000km). Since we have owned it, sometimes at hot start it won't fire up until the second or third try. Sounds very similar to a flooded carby. Other than that it idles fine, economy around 12.5L/100km around town. Last weekend we decided to change spark plugs and found that the last mechanic cross threaded number 4 plug and it was only half way in, we fixed that and the idling has smoothed out even more now but our hard starting problem persists. Does anybody have any clues? Thanks in advance.
