Yeah you will need a new bonnet (which would include the space for the grille) as well as new headlights. I have an EF fairmont grille as well as headlights (pretty yellow though) lying around if ya wanna buy em. If you want to go all out interior wise you will be looking at power windows all round, climate control, trip computer, cruise control, footwell lamps, variable wipers etc. Plus you'll want the chrome boot garnish :D

I have a bootlid that'll be getting rid of soon... it has the chrome garnish from a fairmont. I'll throw in some "ghia" guard badges for nix.

Most people forget the extra soundproofing crap they put in Fairmonts, too. I assume it'd be a complete prick of a job to install, though. Not sure what's actually involved in it.

How hard it is to find a Fairmont boot lid liner for an EL? I kinda want one. s**t scrapes inside my boot lid all the time.

I got one easy enough - looks much better and quiet downs the boot too. But on your comment on soundproofing - front of the firewall, where else do they put it?
