Every door on 2 cars??? That would be a bit of a long shot.

Yes they are difficult to get off, but with the window down and a firm grip I can get them off without using any tools.

I swear to god, the one's on the ED are IMPOSSIBLE to get off without the aid of some sort of gripping device.
Oh and pully6 yeah that is definately the hardest bit. I don't have the patience so i have locking knobs sitting a couple of mm higher then normal.

A pulley6 said pull the clip out from the centre of the button slightly, then lock the door so the rod is in the down position, then just push the button down hard. You should be able to get it close to flush when locked.
