Pretty good but the $29.99 ones would be bog standard ones and not too flash. I had heavy duties (third from top model) on the other AU and were very good with no dust. TS2000's are the best they make but do dust up badly I have been told and no comparison to my current EBC's.

Find out which ones they are (excel, advantage etc)

I've got rear pads of them on my car, I just ask for the most expensive pads that Autobarn has in stock to fit and this time it turned out to be Ferrodos, no complaints so far!

Must say I don't go to autobarn very often, in fact hardly ever but there range is brilliant and better service and staff knowledge too

Depends, I prefer them over Repco as I find them cheaper and to stock a wider variety - not to mention the 10% discount RACT members get. But for seals, pipes, belts and what not, Repco's range s**t on them...

I got a brake kit off ebay for $125 - it came with front rotors and pads, and they were PROTEX - is this good?

I also got Ferrodo Excel pads for the front - they were $26

I only buy stuff I can go collect with a face to face cash sale.

Cheers
