Just wondering if anyone knows of a product to replace/increase the spark from a set of EF coils. I'm running a Wolf 3d at the moment so that might give me a little more flexibility.

There's a few options here. Unfortunately there isnt much aftermarket support for 6 Cyl Coil Packs, however there are lots for 4 and 8 cyl. The V8's simply use 2x 4cyl coil packs

So, this means you could grab 2x 4cyl coil packs, or a pair of V8 coil packs and use them. Theres no harm in leaving one coil off, just make sure you pair the cylinders correctly for wasted spark.

If theres an option to use up to 6 ign outputs on a Wolf3D, consider going for 1 coil per cyl. This will alow much greater dwell, as the time for the coil to recharge is doubled.

Well, stock V8 coil packs are going to be the same, if not similar to the I6 coil packs, however the range of aftermarket 'performance coils' has alot more 4/8 cyl coil packs.

Screamin Deamon comes to mind.. Battens Performance Tuning (BPT) who are one of our sponsors stocks these. They claim you can open ur gaps up to 0.060" !!

Might get hold of BPT, gota support the guys who support fordmods...
