how would i go installing a central locking into the falcon longreach ute 1996 model its just standed no demister.

longreah ute, 1996 meaning you have smartlock? Im sure there's a way to rig up the central locking to the smartlock module... as the EF's and ELs have it.

the xg came out standard with a 4.0l eng 148kw and also as a longreach with the xr6 eng 165kw also had oil cooler with the 5 sp man and sump guard. most aftermarket central locking kits with do the job ok.

It wasn't until the xh can out that eng immobiler and keyless entry from ford was a genuine option. the xh also had the longreach version available too.
