Hey all, I just thought I'd relate my experience with the FTG Auto Salvage guys to you all.

I purchased a set of their braided lines that they had, but when I went to attach them, I found that I could not screw on the line that runs from the chassis to the diff. I had a mechanic have a look at it as well, and he had the same issue, and we both came to the same conclusion that the threads were not correct on the connecting block.

I contacted Neo_nick regarding this, explained the situation to him, sent him a couple of photos, then mailed the faulty line back to them. Within 3 days I had it back in my hands, and the line fit fine.

I was highly impressed at all times by the professionality and the "no problem, can do" type attitude that was expressed by the guys at FTG, especially Nick. They just seemed willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and in this day and age, that seems a rarity from customer service viewpoint.

So cheers to the guys from FTG for the lines, and the good service. The brakes have never been better!

I started reading this thinking it was gonna be a bad experience, which would have made me a saaaad panda.
But it's good! I like hearing good stories, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy...

Yeah both Nick and Darren, have been good when it comes to getting the parts i want. They packaged everything with extra care (my xr front, thanks nick for the 3 Kgs of bubble wrap, lol) And nothing i have ordered got damaged, so yeah thanks to the guys at FTG autosalvage. And they are quick to get the orders sent aswell.
I have been happy to buy stuff off them and will continue to do so in the future, as they have been so good to deal with, unlike some s**t local wreckers around here.

Ditto with my experiences, i have bought 2 items from them, and will not hesitate to buy from there again. Honesty goes a long way in keeping customers happy, and knowing that you're getting exactly what they advertise, on time, at a respectable price. Even if i could obtain an item locally at a slightly cheaper price i would prefer to do business with FTG... they know what they're talking about and they're not trying to screw me over ;)

Hopefully FTG's relationship with fordmods and its members is a long and successful one :D

Cheers guys
