Hey guys, i am wanting to install a cam shaft to me 87 xf efi. I am thinking of a stage 4 cam to give me a fair bit more power!! But i'm not sure what my engine will be able to hold up to or what brands will fit it. Also a estimated price on this would be much appreciated. Thanks mark

im pretty sure a xf efi engine wont handle a stage 4 cam.

the EFI comp will crack the s**t if you try going anything over a "stage 2" cam
