hey guys
looking to put a nice crome roll bar on the back of my au3 ute. where can i buy them ( in wa ) and how hard are they to install?
how do i modify the tornae cover to fit with the bar installed???

I have contacted these guys http://www.irvinbullbars.com.au/ford.html and they seem to be reasonably priced and can make adjustments in covers etc too.

That's interesting ... cos I wanna get a sports bar on mine ... but didn't want to have to buy a new tonneau cover for the damn thing as well.

Does it intrude into the ute section at all ... cos i use mine for courier work and like to have as much capacity as possible.

Another though is it might allow me to tie items to it for better mounting or larger objects (loaded pallets, etc).

I think Blueys ute world should have these for the AU ute (styleside) .... but for 3" polished it is about near the $1000 mark installed from memory.

Edit: .... 3" diameter sports bars $735 from Blueys ... not inc. fitting.

It's not the same as the Factory contoured sports bar though.
