Just fitted front power windows in my EL and when I try to bring the window up its real slow and sluggish.Have used grease on the rails inside the door and also spayed silicone down the window channels and still the same.
I bought the window regs brand new fron that fella in QLD,A1 Nernag Auto Care.Window seems to go down ok just up is terrible.Do Is it possible that the window isnt aligned properly?

Thanks

Ive taken the windows out and gave the window channels a clean and squirted a s**t load of ezy glide down them.Ive also gone straight to the battety for power with a 30 amp inline fuse, windows are now working very well, they scream up and down at a great rate...lol
Id like to thank all those who have helped me to make this mod possible.

I have always been told to use a dry lubricant on windows, like grafite powder. that was dis and stuff like that can't form a sludge in your window channels.

When I fitted mine I had the same problem. Ford mech told me to loosen the two bolts holding glass to mechanism and push the glass towards the rear of the door and whilst holding it there get someone to retighten the bolts and voila fixed. Also give liberal dose of graphite powder to the runners.
Hope this helps
