Hey all, last weekend (saturday) went on the Adelaide hills cruise and upon reaching Mt Lofty car park, i noticed that my injector or could of been the fuel rail was making a wierd noise kind of like a pressure releasing noise.

Was definately a pressure problem thou as it stopped after about 10-15 mintues. This was just after my LPG system backfired and the car was running on gas so that may have had something to do with it...

(gas is bad!!!)

Then i started the car up this morning and switched it over to Petrol and the injectors were noisier than usual. But i could not here the same noise that i heard on the saturday. Even when i shut the engine down it still didnt make the same noise..

Im seeing the mechanics tommorrow so i will definately let him know about what was going on with it but i just thought thier might be someone around here that might know what the problem could be.

youve probably lost a hose or split a hose somewhere near their. is it idleing ok?

It idles fine and thier is no leaks as far as i can see.... Will check again just to make sure.

Bump: anyone got any ideas.

I will ask the mechanics tommorrow too, just have to wait and see i guess.

was it making the noise when running or when u turned it off.

It made the noise when the car was not running.
