I would suggest that if you end up getting EF BBM and airbox/intake setup then get an EL Rocker cover as the EL cover will have the plug lead clips in the correct locations as the EL uses dizzy ignition but the EF doesn't (on the EF they run 3 leads over the fwd part of the cover and 3 over the rearward part - whereas on EB/ED and EL all 6 go over the fwd part).
I know it's not all that critical as you can make do using silastic to position clip strips as required on the EF cover like I did, but it'd be nicer if it was all laid out properly.

I kept the EA rocker cover, and made a custom bracket for the accelerator cable to throttle body, works just fine.
