Yeh the globes are just under the high beam globe. Didnt touch the reflective stuff either.
And with the leds, i'd prefer the standard globes because they match the headlight. If I changed to HID's I'd redo the parkers too.

I just did this tonight using 2 8mm white leds in each side. It's not quite as bright as this as it was a longish exposure but they look pretty good and throw out a decent amount of light. You can see the difference in colour between the standard globes and LEDs

Thats a good result... looks good. Judging by the photo, they are very bright for just 2 LEDs, even if they are 8mm.

Yeah they're just the parkers, but they give off a decent amount of light - certainly sufficient to serve the purpose parkers are supposed to.
I bought 10 to do my dash conversion and had to but the other 4 to good use

I think it may be time to change to those actual white headlights, looks so much better.
