and if you do go XF ghia dont forget about the lock button, its round on XF's and new square type on XH. The seats are EF/EL so anything that will fit in an EF/EL i think should fit in an XH. ( i think)

The XH XR6 door trims arnt to bad though, alot better than my GLI ones. There isnt much that i could think of that you could do with the dash but the centre console can be changed to an AU one with no real trouble at all, then you get your cupholders :).

all ef/el seats fit into the xh, i personally went with saas, best to go with some totaly custom door trims, i have tried the ef/el and ea/ed on the weekend down at "fairmont gear" and they wont fit without some MAJOR modification, and besides the dash is totally different, but replacing the whole dash with the ef/el one wouldn't be impossible.
