I have noticed a couple of small colour specs building up on my steering wheel rim. How can these be cleaned off without damaging the leather?
Small specs like red, white and some green? They may be coming from drums I handle at work with raw materials inside for food chemicals.

What do you use to remove the colours at work? See if that worksand is safe on leather.

I use soap and water - would a bit of metho remove these colour specs?

I've always used a Magquiers Leather product on my wheels.
Keeps it very nice. |

ive used metho on mine cam and it worked fine
also as said the meguiars cleaner is good auto glym is the best though - Its endorsed by the queen of london!LOL!

i wouldn't use metho, it would clean it but also dry it out as its a alcohol. get some leather cleaner or interior cleaner. leather cleaner should also be a conditioner so it'll prolong its life.

I use auto glym as well.. but I read the label and picture the old chook out there polishing up the Roll's with the auto glym, Crackin a sweat!! either that or look at it and think what the hell would she know about polishing a car..
