I think the main thing that needs to be implemented if you delete keylocks (or Lock 'shaving'), is to have a manual means of unlocking if the battery goes flat, or keyfob battery goes flat.
You can then remove the front door keylock locking links, and blank off the keylock by a small sheet of painted gal plate between the lock cylinder and the door handle. On a sedan, you could possibly introduce a 'false' number plate mounting bolt, which is essentially a pivot, which can be setup with a link on the inside that operates the cable that normally goes to the boot keylock cylinder. How you could operate it is maybe have a 'custom' spanner on your keyring - if you replace the number plate mounting screws with similar hex head fasteners, it should look like part of the number plate. This way you can still lock/unlock/boot release the car keyless, but still manually unlock the boot for emergency internal access. The boot lock cylinder may need to remain, but at least it can't be screwdriver operated to open it.
