I have decided I need to remove the power steering belt due to fact that I am still using it with no fluid.
How hard is this? What tools will I need?

A big shifter to undo the nut on the idler pully.
Also driving with no fluid in the rack, will stuff it very, very quickly, just fix it, dont break it.

I have no car ramps or nothing, although saying that I can just stock up on power steering fluid until I get it back home to fix it.

Yeah to get the tie rod ends off you really have to have the wheels off, but you can drop the rack and replace it without jacking the car up.

That sounds way to awkward, I think I will just wait until I get home with proper equipment
