Hey, just had a quick question on the wiring of the two together. I got some cheap portable dvd player thingo and can get my hands on a 7" screen.
i guess u need some sort of adaptor so that the sound goes thru the car stereo? and mayb even some transmitter for tv?
or is it basically just rca and video plugs?.
some help would be awesome fellas!

cheers
-Paul

Mines just RCA and BUS control from the DVD player to screen. Then, the screen should be a sound processor, like a head unit, and have for example 4x50W and a sub out for your speakers. This is where you can either run your speakers straight off the back of the screen or you can use the amp outputs (RCA) from the screen and then run your speakers off that

That looks alright. So does the screen fold back in or anything? or is that why you think its going to get nicked?
What have you got the sound coming through?

You need a 4 way diversity antenna (for the better picture) and tv signal receiver, just plugs up through RCA
