Ford is around 90 bucks. i believe ebay have got them for about half that, havent checked myself though

AFAIK, EBII - AUI are the same - sedans obviously have the extra button for boot unlock.

I have promised one to Brad 1510 and theother one I have left the buttons have ware on them and have split, but the rubber is still there and they work fine.
