where can i get my unichip tuned in sydney.. are there some better known unichip modifiers than others?? does anybody reccommend a place??? my car is an ef 6 5spd... is there any deals for "ford modders" in regards with tuning of the chip and dyno time??? cheers...

Granville Autotech is the best place in Sydney for a unichip tune. I know cause i have been to most of the unichip tuners, They are dear but definitely worth it

ok granville autotech... does anybody else had experience at this place?? does anybody know the address and phone no?? Would love to hear from others that have a unichip equipped ef/el with moderate amounts of mods... on all aspects of before and after...

I had my unichip installed by Spiro there.He is good at it.I am happy with the chip its made a decent difference.

as nobody seemed to know the address, or ph no... i found it myself... by driving around the suburb of granville for 30 mins looking for the joint!!!
 The guys at Autotech were friendly ,helpful and seemed quite knowledgable with the unichips...
ive booked my car in for the unichip installation late next week... $450 for installation and dyno tuning... and $220 to get the cam dialed in properly... |

well when i have the-
*unichip installed *cam dialed in I would hope for at least 15rwkw (The car has never been tuned with all the mods ive done) 
(+ im waiting on a 68mm throttle body +3inch steel intake for the throttle body +k,n flat panel filter... Those 3 things are being shipped to my place courtesy of an ebay seller (private) |

ok... the jobs got done today...
10am-730pm... The cam was way too advanced in its timing... The chain was not allighned on the adjustable cam gear properly.. Then they dialed in the cam..(Stage 2 crow) Then did several runs to get the tuning of the unichip right.. Before all the work was done = 120.00rwkw After all the work was done = 144.2rwkw (snorkel on) Feels like they stuffed a rocket up my cars a**!!! The torque has increased heaps aswell.. just off idle to redline.. NO LAG EVEN WHEN LAUNCHING WITH NO REVS!!!! The tacho needle (revs) swings around the dial hard now... Cheers to spiro and the gang at AUTOTECH Granville.. I highly reccommend them to others wanting similair work done to their car...helpful and friendly... see how she goes on d quater now! |
