Jaycar, have a set of security bits, for about $30, has ~50 bits of all sorts, but the biggest torx is a T45 (as I said did the trick on a T50 screw), well worth it. But then again I'm breaking into all sorts of stuff, so I'm using alot of the bits regularily.

My set cost about 30 bucks and it's fine after countless times of taking out the seats, stereo, door handles etc! Lifetime warranty, who gives a rats a***?!

you'll give a rats a** when they break or have the little spikes break off the, and then theyre worthless....we use to sell cheap tools, put its not worth it, coz people break them and then the manufacturers dont give a s**t coz theres no warranty and we loose coz we replace them for the customer... |

you either buy a good tool once, or you keep buying poor quality tools till you realise how much it's costing you

Never had a problem with my Torx set from Supercheap, and like I said earlier ive used the set a s**t - load and even undone tight bolts that I thought could break the bit, but handled it fine
So IMO they're about as strong as you'll probably ever need. Granted Supercheap do sell mostly s**t tools, but there is the odd good quality stuff there too.

I got mine from Repco for about $8.95 - fits onto your socket wrench. I took both my front seats out and cleaned the carpet and tightened the bolts in my front seats too, will also remove the steering wheel from your car as well.

The Torx design is made for high torque applications, and is one of the strongest head designs around.
