Looking for written off/unroadworthy EL models.
Will remove within sydney southern suburbs, wanted for parts.

Can pay reasonable price, more then you will get from a trucker removing it for you.

Any colour, pending inspection (if there are any around)

What kind of $$$ are you looking to pay.

I'm presuming you're after a ghia wreck so that you can grab all the ghia goodies out of it ? Problem with that is the only place you'll get something like that is from the auctions where most ghia bits 'mysteriously' disappear or are damaged in an accident.

Even if someone had a ghia wreck in reasonable / usable condition - I don't think they would pay for a tray truck to just 'take it away'. I honestly think your best bet is going to the auctions and sourcing a wreck.

Ive heard abit about auctions but either nobody will tell me where/when or I havent managed to get my a** into gear and go out there.

Where can i find some info on the auctions and stuff, like when its on, where its at and whats available.
What are the cars like pricewise?

Truckies normally will pay you to take away a car as they sell it off for scrap.
Yes I do want the Ghia goodies :P
But also, I think my car has been tampered with since before i bought it, dash, door trims, rubber lining's and s**t like that dont line up the way they should in a fairmont, looking to replace the whole interior and maybe have a few engine parts left over to play with and rebuild.
Some non-foggy headlights wouldnt go astray either, I have 2 spares here at the moment but i dont want to break them opening them up, need another set to experiment with.

Still looking ... maybe the fevered dream of a madman.

If anyone has one though, its better then being payed for scrap, let it go to good use :D

What colour are interior parts are you after?

I'm sure you'd be better off asking for individual parts than a whole car. The likelyhood of someone wanting to donate a complete EL Ghia to you is unlikely, let alone the fact if someone has one in their driveway, there wont be much left of it.
