changed my LEDS in the cluster back to globes... and put the LEDS in where the blinkers, High beam indicator, and idiot lights are... looks really good!
I found the LEDS were a bit directional for the cluster dials, so I went back to the globes and my indicators and High Beam light were a bit dim during the day.. switched to the LEDs and they are now nice and bright and can be seen during the day much better! Just nice to have a change |

if the LED's beam is too tight, just file off a small portion of the top of the LED so its flat, (dont go too far) the beam will broaden out

twr7cx wrote: are your indicators and that super bright at night now though? no actually! They were really dim before, (even at night) so its really just corrected it. Also, the indicator has gone from a grassy green colour to a turquoise colour. I plugged a globe and a LED in, and put the Hazards on, and the difference is quite marked. The LEDS light up immediately, while the globe was noticably slower to react also. Will 1200 Wet and Dry be ok? I might try this next time I have the Dash out, (this weekend hopefully, to replace the rest of the burnt out globes.) |

Already flat? Are you using a rectangular LED or the normal rounded ones?
