G'day
They dont fit!!

Not only do you need the bell housing for the el but you also need to change the extension housing. The housing on an au is longer than a xf-el. I was going to put an au xr6 box in my xf cause it was the same price as the ed xr6 ive got now but they are different.

Cheers

But its possible to make a hybrid if you already have an EL T5. Like swap extension housings, bellhousing and input shaft.

G'day

The extension housing is the back part where the gear lever comes through. The gearbox itself is in its own compartment. The extension housing bolts to this, it should be a straight swap but i'm not sure.

Cheers
